Forget anything you have ever tried at the fairground (or with one of our competitors): our air rifle set up is in a league of its own. We have paper targets to showcase your skills as well as custom-made “knock down” targets and static clay pigeons… some of which even explode. We’re really proud of our air rifle range and the quality of our targets, but don’t just take our word for it, you can see it all in action in our showcase video.
This simple and easy form of target shooting is the perfect addition to any conference or event and has proved to be a firm favourite with clients and venues alike. We get our teams started on some easy close-range targets. After some expert instruction and a little practice, your team will take part in a friendly completion to shoot at a distance of around 20-50 paces. Our range is covered which helps ensure protection from the weather, and our easy-to-use air rifles are shot from a seated position making this an inclusive activity that is suitable for all abilities.
One thing to watch out for is that air rifles are rather addictive, with delegates often wanting to keep going to beat their best score or to master a really tricky target. Therefore, don’t be surprised if you find it a little difficult to drag your team away for lunch or dinner. With this in mind, it makes a great afternoon activity which can run on a little longer than planned without eating into your schedule or agenda.
Air rifles work well as a standalone activity tagged on to a meeting or event, or as one of many activities enjoyed as part of a larger team building event or corporate away day. An alternative option is to include an air rifle set up alongside our archery range for guests to enjoy as part of an informal event whilst your colleagues take a break between conference lectures or before dinner. Whatever the occasion, air rifles are a great way to entertain your team and come highly recommended by our clients.
Outdoor Activity
Air rifles is an outdoor activity and can be set up at any venue with sufficient outdoor space to accommodate it. The setup time is 1 hour and this activity typically runs for around 1 hour, 30 mins.
As a standalone activity this can accommodate groups of 8 - 50. For greater numbers this can easily be included as part of a larger activity package.
